Online shopping holds promise for improving the shopping experience for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). However, little is known about vendors’ perspectives on implementing online shopping in the context of WIC. This study aimed to understand vendors’ (n=16) experiences, needs, and barriers to WIC online shopping implementation through interviews with various vendor types. The findings highlight the role of vendor engagement, collaboration, guidance from WIC agencies, and knowledge sharing to ensure successful WIC online shopping implementation.
