The Vendor Onboarding Checklist is designed to provide WIC State agencies with a list of tasks to successfully onboard new vendors to the WIC program. The checklist may be used for all types of vendors (e.g., internet, mobile, and brick-and-mortar vendors). Additionally, WIC State agencies may choose to embed parts of this checklist into their WIC Management Information System (MIS) for vendor authorization.
